Nutraceuticals: Functional and Potential Benefits

ABSTRACT

The health and fitness of human beings are mostly managed by the intake of meals containing nutrients. Several types of research possess combined diet as effective in fighting various deteriorating illnesses, a lot of study on practical qualities connected straight to the health advantages of different vegetables and animal foods are rising in the modern era. Although a large amount of naturally happening health-improving materials are of the plant source. Various physiologically effective ingredients from animal outcomes, deserve recognition for their inherent function in optimal well-being. Intake of biologically activated components in fruits and vegetables is supporting to fight disorders such as cancer, obesity, gastrointestinal tract disorders, and heart-related disorders. This article provides a detailed review of the classification of nutraceuticals and their medicinal and therapeutic health benefits in human beings. It furthermore describes the functional and potential benefits of nutraceuticals in daily life and in treating various diseases. A lot of studies are needed to confirm the potential health advantages and benefits of nutraceutical foods and build a solid scientific database for the precise utilization of naturally existing foods in fighting several ailments and disorders.
