ABSTRACT

Knee osteoarthritis (OA) is a regressive condition. Knee strengthening exercises, range of motion exercises, and modalities aid to relieve pain while also improving lower extremity function. To study the effect of oculus guided physical therapy in adjunct to conventional therapy in knee osteoarthritis patients. This research includes 70 patients split evenly into two groups. The participants in the control group received standard treatment, whereas the individuals in the experimental group received oculus guided therapy as an adjunct to standard treatment. The obtained data was statistically analyzed, providing the study's findings and conclusion. Data was analyzed using paired t-test, and was found significant. The study concludes that oculus guided physical therapy in adjunct to conventional therapy in knee osteoarthritis patients was effective in relieving the symptoms.
