ABSTRACT
The study’s aim and the objective were to evaluate the association between progesterone receptor PROGINS and preterm delivery by correlating with clinical data. The study had begun with 150 preterm delivery cases (PTD) among which it has classified into 3 cohorts as extreme preterm i.e. 24 - 28 gestation weeks, n= 37, very preterm i.e. 28 to <32 n =36; n =77.>
