ABSTRACT

As we know inadequate oxygen and nutrition supply tends to cell death. More oxygen and nutrition is required competitively for the rapid growth of cancer cell. So, an angiogenesis inhibitor may help to inhibit the formation of the new blood vessel, which is responsible for the growth of the tumor. Angiogenesis is a vital process, by which new blood vessels are formed. Angiogenesis inhibitors prevent or decrease the formation of new blood vessels by decreasing the secretion of angiogenesis factors that forms tumor cells.
